J'ai vu ce jersey sur le marché et (pour une fois) je savais très bien ce que je voulais faire avec: fabriquer mon propre fils en jersey à tricoter genre Zpagetti ou Trapilho.Mais si vous savez les gros rouleaux de fils à tricoter ou crocheter réalisés avec du coton jersey
Found this jersey fabric and knew (for once) what I wanted to make with it: my own jersey yarn like Zpagetti or Trapilho yarns.
On plie, on égalise les cotés, on s'arrache les cheveux à découper des bandes plus ou moins régulières...quand dans un moment de lucidité on se demande si on a plié le tissu dans le bon sens?! Et bien sûr la réponse est.... NON car le tissu tournicote dans le mauvais sens.
Tant pis, ça ne m'a pas empêché de le tricoter et me voici avec un nouveau panier pour changer un peu!
I folded, equalized the sides then "enjoying" trying to cut regular bands out of this jersey fabric....when in a great moment of lucidity I wondered myself if I didn't fold it in the wrong way!? And of course,the answer is...YES because the fabric rolled up onto itself on the wrong side.
Too bad but it didn't stop me and I knitted a new basket!
